根据工作需要和有关规定,大同出版传媒有限公司现面向社会公开招聘相关工作人员。


一、公司简介

大同出版传媒有限公司是2021年由国家新闻出版署批准,大型骨干文化央企紫荆文化集团有限公司与中国教育出版传媒集团有限公司、学习出版社有限公司、五洲传播出版传媒有限公司共同出资组建的中央出版机构。大同出版传媒有限公司以投身社会主义文化强国建设,繁荣粤港澳大湾区文化市场,推动港澳与内地文化交流为己任,重点开展教材教辅、理论读物、青少年读物等领域图书、期刊、音像电子、网络等出版业务,开展文化交流等活动。


二、应聘人员基本条件

(一)具有中华人民共和国国籍;

(二)拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度,牢固树立“四个意识”,坚定“四个自信”,做到“两个维护”;

(三)遵纪守法,作风正派,品行端正,爱岗敬业;

(四)具备岗位所需的专业或技能条件;

(五)全日制本科及以上学历;

三、招聘岗位及具体要求

(一)青少年及儿童读物策划编辑(1人)

岗位职责:

1.独立策划适合公司出版范围和特色的青少年及儿童读物选题;

2.独立完成书稿的审稿、编辑加工等工作,使书稿内容完善、体例严谨、语言文字通达;

3.建立作者队伍,维护、拓展作者资源,向作者约稿,审读书稿;

4.参与书稿的编、印、发、宣传推广等全流程工作;

5.完成公司交办的其他工作任务。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平,熟悉出版领域相关政策及法律法规,熟练掌握编辑出版的专业知识和技能; 

2.全日制硕士研究生及以上学历,有良好的阅读习惯,较强的文字能力;

3.年龄不超过40周岁,3年以上青少年及儿童读物编辑工作经验,具备编辑出版专业中级及以上职称、责任编辑证、出版社相关工作经验者优先;

4.熟悉青少年及儿童读物市场,具有较好的选题策划、组稿能力和经验,具有一定的作者资源。

(二)教材教辅学科编辑(8人)

岗位职责:

1.参与书稿的编辑、出版、培训等工作,参加学科相关的各类学术研讨和交流活动;

2.熟悉学科的学术和出版动态,积极开拓、策划该学科领域的优质选题,与作者和读者建立良好的沟通渠道;

3.审读和加工书稿,保证书稿的内容质量,把握正确的出版导向;

4.配合美术编辑做好图书的装帧设计,参与图书的宣传工作,配合做好相关发行工作,撰写各类宣传活动文案等;

5.完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平,熟悉出版领域相关政策及法律法规,熟练掌握编辑出版的专业知识和技能,具有两年及以上编辑出版经验;

2.全日制硕士研究生及以上学历,具有中文、历史、英语、物理、化学、计算机、地理、政治、法律相关专业背景,师范类院校毕业及有教学经验者优先;

3.具备编辑出版专业中级及以上职称,且具备责任编辑证;

4.具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力和文字写作能力;

5.年龄不高于50周岁(含)。

(三)技术编辑(1人)

岗位职责:

1.负责图书(含教材教辅)的发排管理,做好与编辑、设计、排版人员的沟通和协调,规范、准确地开具图书发排单等;

2.负责图书(含教材教辅)的印制管理,包括印前核对图书相关信息,开具印装单;

3.在图书(含教材教辅)印制过程中,及时了解印厂的生产情况,跟踪图书的质量和周期,样书入库情况等;

4.负责图书(含教材教辅)排版、印制等方面的成本管理。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平,熟悉出版领域相关政策及法律法规;

2.全日制本科及以上学历,年龄不高于45周岁(含),15年以上相关出版印制经验者可放宽至大专学历;

3.熟悉图书(含教材教辅)出版流程,具备出版专业中级职称者优先,对教材教辅印制业务熟悉者优先;

4.具有较强的沟通协调和解决问题的能力,工作认真、负责、细致。

(四)校对质检人员(1人)

岗位职责:

1.负责图书书稿的责任校对工作,确保书稿校对质量,按时完成校对工作;

2.负责图书的质检工作,对我司图书的编校质量进行检查和管理,出具年度质检分析报告等。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平,熟悉出版领域相关政策及法律法规,熟练掌握编辑出版的专业知识和技能;

2.全日制本科及以上学历,具有编辑出版、中文、历史、英语、物理、化学、计算机、地理、政治、法律相关专业背景者优先;

3.具备编辑出版专业中级及以上职称,年龄不高于45周岁(含),具有2年及以上校对经验;

4.语言文字功底扎实,对文字敏感,规范意识强;能熟练掌握相关校对软件;

5.工作细心、认真、沟通能力强,具有较强的责任心。

(五)营销发行负责人(1人)

岗位职责:

1.组织适合公司出版要求的各项营销发行工作;

2.组织营销渠道的搭建与创新;

3.组织公司的品牌宣传推广工作;

4.完成公司下达的回款等经营任务。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的营销理论水平和实践经验,熟悉图书营销领域相关政策及法律法规;

2.全日制硕士研究生及以上学历,有扎实的专业功底;

3.年龄不超过50周岁,10年以上图书营销工作经验,有成功操作图书项目营销的案例,有带团队经验,条件优秀者可适当放宽条件;

4.具有较好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,身体健康,对新事物充满热情,勇于接受挑战。

(六)营销发行人员(1人)

岗位职责:

1.建立一般图书的发行渠道,开展一般图书发行工作;或熟悉教材教辅的发行渠道,对接渠道做好教材教辅发行工作;

2.组织实施重点出版物的营销企划,组织和撰写书评、书介、书摘等宣传材料,开展线上、线下营销宣传;

3.官方网站、微信公众号及其他宣传媒介的更新及维护;

4.完成公司交办的其他工作任务。

任职条件:

1.全日制市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历,考虑优秀应届毕业生;

2.年龄不超过35周岁,具有3年以上出版物发行、文化单位营销或宣传工作经验,独立负责过畅销出版物营销项目、少儿图书销售经验及业务渠道者优先;或年龄不超过40周岁,具有10年以上中小学教材教辅图书发行经验者;条件优秀者可适当放宽;

3.具有较好的文案写作能力,熟悉并掌握市场营销的基本模式及规律,有较丰富的电商平台和新媒体应用经验;或具有教材教辅营销策划能力,有成功运营教材教辅项目,有单项目每年实现营收超过100万者优先;

4.具有较强的创新能力、执行能力、学习能力,良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

(七)活动策划人员(1人)

岗位职责:

1.按时按需独立完成大型活动策划及活动方案撰写,对活动、文案、设计的工作进度进行协调,能够进行基本方向的把控;

2.负责与客户及第三方的协调工作,与相关方保持良好的策略沟通,能多维度了解并解决客户的复杂需求,有效实现上传下达;

3.统筹、跟进、执行、把控活动的各个环节,把握时间节点和服务质量,以保证活动项目顺利进行;

4.完成活动后续推广、项目总结报告和相关数据分析;

5.完成领导交办的其他工作事项。

任职条件:

1.本科及以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验,年龄不超过45周岁,中共党员优先;

2.有独立完成大型活动策划、全案执行、品牌推广、海外合作的成功案例者优先,有在香港相关工作经历者优先;

3.能根据客户需求结合公司产品策划、撰写出优秀且具有竞争力的方案以及推广宣传文案;

4.具备品牌推广、方案策划和执行经验,了解活动执行各个环节的工作内容和分工;

5.熟练使用常用办公、演示设计软件;

6.具备优秀的人际沟通、谈判能力,责任心强,耐心细致,富有创意,能承受较大的工作压力。

(八)信息化技术人员(1人)

岗位职责:

1.负责搭建公司信息化组织架构及流程制度体系,并监督执行;

2.负责信息化项目管理,推进公司信息化管理体系建设与持续优化;

3.根据服务请求完成公司内部关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件客户端、打印系统、网络、办公设备等各类软件系统的日常运营维护管理,编制相关的指导使用手册;

4.建立紧急处置预案,对出现的问题及时处理,保障信息系统正常运转;

5.统筹办公用品、设备的采购、领用、保管以及维修、维护工作,负责员工办公室及工位调配与管理、会议室的日常使用与管理、公务用车管理等日常行政事务及后勤保障工作;

6.建立和维护公司固定资产台账并定期组织盘点,及时进行变更登记,确保账物相符;

7.公司安排的其他事务。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平,大学本科及以上学历,计算机、电子、信息处理等相关专业;

2.熟悉图书出版流程及业务管理软件系统(OA/ERP/财务等)优先,掌握操作系统的配置及相关安全性工作;

3.熟悉网络架构、web防火墙、入侵检测、漏洞测试、入侵防御、日志审计及网络安全协议;

4.有办公设备采购、固定资产管理、公司日常行政事务经验者优先;

5.具有较强的沟通能力、计划执行能力和解决问题能力;

6.年龄35周岁以下,3年以上信息化工作经验,具有国家计算机等级证书优先。

(九)数字产品项目主管(1人)

岗位职责:

1.熟悉数字产品市场,了解各个渠道的运营策略,及时收集用户反馈意见及合理建议;

2.对投放到市场中的数字产品或项目的种类、质量、价格、销售等情况有充分的了解和掌握;

3.熟悉游戏、动漫行业发展走向,分析自身及竞争对手及行业情况,及时调整竞争策略,对公司发展出具战略规划建议;

4.精通从团队组建、市场调研、项目开发、项目控制到质量审核等全部游戏、动漫项目研发环节,熟悉项目相关的开发、测试、实施等流程和文档标准;

5.组织策划、程序、美术团队实施完整的游戏、动漫项目的开发和管理;

6.公司安排的其他事务。

任职条件:

1.具有较高的政治素养与理论水平;

2.本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,具有3-5年以上数字产品相关项目经理工作经验,3年以上动漫游戏行业相关工作经验者优先,有PMP证书、数字编辑中级职称及以上者优先;

3.具有丰富的项目管理经验,全程管理项目产品开发,编制项目开发计划,识别和控制项目风险,有效控制项目开发过程和项目质量;

4.较强的数字产品策划、研发能力,优秀的分析、解决问题能力和网络技术功底,责任心强,熟练掌握数字产品制作及发布的相关软件;

5.具有团队合作精神,并拥有良好的沟通和协作能力。

(十)财务主管(1人)

岗位职责:

1.建立健全有关财务管理与会计核算制度与流程并组织落实;

2.负责参与重大对外合作合同的签订,对公司重大投资、并购等经营活动提供建议、决策支持,并进行财务风险评估和管控;

3.负责日常财务核算、资产管理、资金运作,编制财务计划、财务报表及财务预决算;

4.执行上级单位制定的财务政策和制度,接受上级单位资产财务等部门的监督和指导,定期提供财务工作报告;

5.完成公司交办的其他工作任务。

任职条件:

1.政治立场坚定,具有较高的政治素养、政策水平,系统掌握国家财税法律、法规、规章和方针、政策;

2.全日制会计、财务、审计等相关专业本科及以上学历,系统地掌握经济、财务会计理论和专业知识;

3.年龄不超过50周岁,具有8年以上财务工作经验且从事企业财务负责人工作2年以上,有较丰富的出版社财务管理工作经验;

4.具备会计从业资格证书,中级会计师以上职称,通过CPA/ACCA者优先;

5.具备良好的财务分析能力、企业经营风险意识及突发事件应变能力,具备良好的职业素养,廉洁奉公、坚持原则; 

6.爱岗敬业、勤勉务实、踏实认真,有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作、开拓创新精神。


四、招聘程序

(一)报名。有意应聘者,请按要求填写《大同出版传媒有限公司公开招聘工作人员报名表》(附件)。于2022年12月2日前将报名表及有关资质证明材料、说明材料等电子文档提交到报名邮箱(datonghr2022@163.com)。

(二)资格审查。对报名人员进行资格审查,在符合条件的人员中根据考生综合素质确定参加面试人员。

(三)面试。面试时间、方式等另行公告。

(四)体检。按面试成绩由高到低的顺序,按照1:1的比例确定体检人员。如放弃资格或体检不合格,按考试成绩顺次递补。

(五)考察。在体检合格人员中,按照1:1的比例确定入围考察人员进行考察。如放弃资格或考察不合格,按成绩由高到低顺序在体检合格人员中顺次递补。

(六)聘用。考察合格的,下发录用通知,办理相关手续。公开招聘人员实行试用期制度,试用期满合格的,予以转正。

(七)活動策劃人員(1人)

崗位職責:

崗位職責:
